INFJ Stress

INFJs were one of the more stressed out types; curiously, they were the only NF type that had particularly high stress.  A study comparing type and stress found that INFJs were among the most stressed out type in the categories "Work," "Intimate Relationship," "School," and "Other."  They were also the second most stressed out type for the category "Balancing home and work."

INFJs were not among the four least-stressed-out types for any of the nine possible categories.

Their favored methods of coping with stress were, "Talk to professional," "Rely on religious beliefs," and "Develop physical symptoms."
