MBTI Form M Manual Supplement

Somewhat densely written.  Intended for professional type practitioners, this 17 page guide discusses the MBTI test (version M): correlations, validation, reliability, cross-cultural applications, etc.  Of particular interest is the adjective list on page 11, which will tell you which types tend to be perceived as "original," "forgiving," "opinionated," etc.  (Societal bias warning.)  Also contains some interesting material on how well the MBTI can identify each type, i.e. INTJs are the most mistyped type, followed by INTPs.

MBTI Step II Manual Supplement

Somewhat densely written.  Intended for professional type practitioners, this 42 page mini-manual discusses the MBTI Step II test: correlations, validation, reliability, cross-cultural applications, etc.  Note that this manual is for the MBTI Step II, which is meant to disambiguate between different types for people who sit closely on the line.  Of particular interest is the adjective list on page 21, which will tell you which types tend to be perceived as "obnoxious," "artistic," "greedy," etc.  (Societal bias warning.)  Also contains some interesting material on type and work habits.
